I'm Jesse and I've been tattooing for 16 years. I've always worked in a street shop, and have a very diverse skill set for many different styles in tattooing. I specialize in Japanese Traditional, and Neo Traditional tattoos, but I can do any style when asked. My wife and I opened Black Leopard Tattoo in May of 2022 in the beautiful Eastwood neighborhood of Syracuse, NY.
